Since October 2012, Mr. Zarka has served as Chief Engineer of several large-scale construction operations in the Congo and Ghana, leading the construction of 500 villas in the Kumasi-Ghana gated neighborhood project, the 1000-house construction project in Congo and a 3500m2 office building project in  Brazzaville Congo. In addition, Mr. Zarka advises the Fund regarding new projects currently undergoing feasibility analysis.

From 2006-2012, Mr. Zarka worked for the LR Group in Angola, first as the Project Manager of the Group’s Aldeia Nova agro-industrial project, healthcare clinics, factories, youth villages, farms and water supply projects, and then as General Director of TELESITE , managing and supervising the construction sites of 40,000 housing units in Angola.

From 2002-2006, Mr. Zarka worked as an engineer and project manager for the Solel Boneh construction company in Israel.

Mr. Zarka earned a B.Sc. with honors in Civil Engineering from the SCE College of Engineering.
