  • Food

    We are focused on investing in value-add essential food and services companies that have the potential to generate a strong multiplier effect in the economy. This means we prefer food-processing assets with locally sourced raw materials, in strong collaboration with smallholder farmers. Examples of our targeted investments include consumer linked food manufacturing and value add agro-industries, capturing import substitution, using unique technology and innovation. Our investments in food ensure increased income for the farmers and better access to basic nutrition for local populations.
